For over 16 years we have done business with Harman Enterprises and in that time the development of our business relationship has allowed us to have great confidence, not only in the products we receive, but also the service.

We, as a business, manufacture suspension products and over the years the supply chain in our country has changed which forced a decision to source metal hardware elsewhere. This decision was not without concerns and possible obstacles, especially quality.

In the digital world we live in now, we came across Harman Enterprises on the internet and from initial contact Harman Enterprises were fully supportive of our company’s one supplier policy as supply to direct competitors is always a concern within our industry.

Over the years our business relationship with Harman Enterprises has overcome obstacles such as cultural differences, distance, expectations and system differences. This was able to be achieved with the willingness from Harman Enterprises to work with us to ensure growth and a beyond satisfactory outcome.

Their engineering and technical expertise has also grown during this time which has allowed a range expansion to aid in our own range expansion – they listened and delivered every time.
